Recipe:

-2 bananas

-ice (to your liking)

-5 dates

-1 1/2 cup ripple milk (I like vanilla unsweetened)

-3 tbsp peanut butter

-1 cup oats

-2 tbsp flax meal

-2 tbsp hemp hearts
