Green Juice Ingredients (yields ~64 oz)
1) Juicer (not a blender or food processor)
2) Fine mesh sieve
3) Mason jar for storage
4) 1 large bunch of kale
5) 20 oz spinach
6) 6-7 stalks of celery
7) 2 bunches of parsley
8) small handful of mint leaves
9) 1 ginger root
10) 2 lb bag of carrots
11) 4 small apples of your choice
This juice will last ~2 days in the refrigerator
