Ingredients
Banana-1
Beetroot – 1 piece
Ginger – small piece
Red cabbage- little piece
Aloe vera Gel – small piece
Lemon – 1/2 tbsp
Apple-1
Black Salt – 1 pinch
Method
-First wash all fruits and cut them in to pieces.
-Take Grinding jar Add Apple,Red cabbage,Aloe vere gel,Banana,Ginger,Beetroot,Lemon, Black salt.
– Take out in to glass for serve.
-Garnish with Lemon.
-This is good for loose belly fat and weight loss.
